Job Requirements

  • Grade 12 with a minimum of 1 year’s experience as a personal assistant, or in a customer service or administration role.
  • Knowledge of an ERP system (SYSPRO or similar).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in business travel.

Key Duties

  • Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, car hire, and transfers.
  • Organise, maintain, and oversee filing systems and general office administration.
  • Provide administrative and personal support to Management as required.
  • Screen incoming calls and take accurate messages for the office.
  • Liaise with clients at local, national, and international levels.
  • Reconcile telephone accounts and credit card statements.
  • Assist with the administration and management of the company’s mobile service provider.
  • Manage insurance policies, including travel declarations and asset coverage.
  • Provide support to the Marketing Manager as needed.
