Job Requirements
- Grade 12 with a minimum of 1 year’s experience as a personal assistant, or in a customer service or administration role.
- Knowledge of an ERP system (SYSPRO or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid knowledge and experience in business travel.
Key Duties
- Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, car hire, and transfers.
- Organise, maintain, and oversee filing systems and general office administration.
- Provide administrative and personal support to Management as required.
- Screen incoming calls and take accurate messages for the office.
- Liaise with clients at local, national, and international levels.
- Reconcile telephone accounts and credit card statements.
- Assist with the administration and management of the company’s mobile service provider.
- Manage insurance policies, including travel declarations and asset coverage.
- Provide support to the Marketing Manager as needed.
